What is Functional Tapping (FT)? 

Functional Tapping (FT) increases self awareness and brings the body back into the present moment to create optimal interactions and choices-- not ones based on anxiety, fear, and an unclear mind.

How is FT Used?

FT is so easy to practice (literally with the touch if your fingertips) that anyone can do it! After a simple practice, clients will be able to use FT in sessions, or on their own to immediately counter emotions as they occur.

How does FT differ from Simple Tapping Method and Clinical EFT? 

Simple Tapping Method (STM) and Clinical EFT are better suited for diagnostic purposes. Functional Tapping can be used by anyone at any time-- the easiest form of EFT!
